Ozcon Industries Pty Ltd exists to provide a comprehensive range of high quality specialised oil and gas well components to energy and related companies on time and in top condition. In order to achieve this, Ozcon Industries is committed to the following:
- Ensuring all personnel, including top management, are committed to this policy and its principals;
- Ensuring open and effective communication of this policy is established and maintained;
- Ensuring compliance to all relevant standards (including ISO9001:2008) and any statutory and regulatory requirements;
- Ensuring that all members of the work force are competent in the duties allocated to them;
- Creating, implementing and maintaining policies and procedures to ensure the workplace is conducive to continual improvement principals;
- Ensuring customer’s requirements are determined, communicated and fulfilled with the aim of enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Ensuring that a framework is established for forming and reviewing quality objectives. This includes long-term objectives as defined in the Ozcon Industries Quality Manual and the following short-term objectives:
- Maximum number of 25 reported injuries for the period 1st October 2011 to 31st December 2011;
- Maximum number of 20 Corrective and Preventative Actions (CAPA’s) for the period 1st October 2011 to 31st December 2011;
- Zero customer complaint’s for the period 1st October 2011 to 31st December 2011.
